Casa Maui

“We booked Casa Maui spontaneously for one night layover before our ferry leaves from Barcelona to Mallorca. If our ferry tickets wouldn’t have been booked in advance, we would have definitely extended our stay at Laura’s beautiful hidden gem. The rooms are so well decorated and the beds and pillows are soooo comfortable! Not to compare with the usual Spanish hotel beds. It’s super quiet at night even though Casa Maui is located just 2 minutes walking from the old town. We will definitely be back with our road bikes and stay longer at beautiful Casa Maui. Thanks again Laura for your hospitality!! Recommendation : Tapas at Al Born restaurant and afterwards Ice cream at Gelateria Janaret!”

“We stayed at Casa Maui for one night whilst visiting Banyoles. We are definitely going to return because surely 24 hrs is not enough to see everything this lovely town has to offer. We were given a really warm welcome by Laura our host. The house is spacious and nicely furnished throughout. It is well located for both the main square and the lake. We slept well and were treated to a tasty breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend and look forward to our return.”

“This is cool little hotel made all the better by Laura the owner who can't do enough to make your stay memorable. We cycled up from Girona and Laura was there to meet us on our arrival and to welcome us with a cold beer. It's very comfortable and spacious and the breakfast in the morning was exceptional. For cyclists there is a locked garage where you can safely leave your bikes. The hotel is located on a quiet, safe street yet is only minutes from the main square where there are numerous cafes, restaurants and bars and is also within easy walking distance of the lake.”

“Casa Maui is an absolute standout. The design is beautiful and thoughtful, especially the zen-style garden(right in front of our bedroom) which creates a truly serene atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a refreshing pool and a peaceful location. Despite feeling so secluded, it's just a stone's throw from the town center. A huge thank you to Laura, who was a great host and made the whole experience seamless with her excellent communication.”

“Casa Maui is very close to the city center and the lake. It is a beautiful house but it would have been so much better when we were greeted personally instead of by whatsapp and codes. In the morning there was a very nice lady who prepared our breakfast. Now the house felt very much alive and welcoming!”
